Just to expand on my question. I've read that it's okay to eat the
tea leaves. But the focus of my question is whether it's okay to eat
them after they've been used for tea.
I know that once they've been used for tea, all the herbal nutrition
has been washed into the water, so thus the leaf no longer has any
"herbal" value left. But the leaf itself, is it still edible, if
anything, for fibre?
Someone told me it's actually bad to eat the leaves afterwards, as if
it would actually be bad for you. Can anyone confirm?
