I recently began making my own buttermilk waffles, and I noticed something
strange about the batter.
After storing it for only a day in the refrigerator, the top surface
of the batter develops lots of little dark spots. Is this normal?
This is the recipe:
1 1/3 c Bisquick
1/3 c millet flour
Pinch baking soda
1.3 oz canola oil
1.3 oz water
1 egg
1 c buttermilk
