Watching Our Weight
Cooking at home is much better for me than eating out. At home I'm far
more likely to eat small portions of exquisitely prepared food. When
eating out, I'm likely to eat too much. Since watching cooking shows
and talking about food promotes eating at home, it is better for me all
round.
I try hard not to watch my weight though I have in the past. I guess
that means I should circle 'almost never.' I'm a lot healthier when I
exercise a lot and eat nearly everything I want. ('Nearly' everything
because I do make a concerted effort to eat more vegetables, especially
leafy green ones and those in the cabbage family, but otherwise I try to
let my appetite control the amount I eat, and I don't overeat.)
