I have gas in my house. I'd make it one induction and one gas.

I've worked on granite. I've worked on Corian. I'll take Glacier White
Corian and I don't care if it doesn't impress the neighbors.

I'd put in stainless steel undermounts. Both with their own faucets. Like

You can have doors on the floor cabinets, but the shelves should pull out.
