The only eatery I know of in NJ is Medieval Times- in Lyndhurst- about
an hour from Edison by car. I know a few folks who enjoyed the
spectacle. It isn't my cup of tea.

I can't help with a restaurant in NJ- but I can make some suggestions.
Answering these questions might help folks help you;
1. Got a price point?
2. Want plain or fancy?
3. how long will you be there?
4. Family, romantic, or just want some food?
5. Do you like some ethnic kind of food?
6. Do you have a car?
7. How far from Edison are you willing to go?
I've had limited success looking in the online guides and reading
reviews-- taken with a grain of salt.
There may be an Edison newsgroup or forum out there somewhere.
