Every Denver area mall has a Williams-Sonoma and/or Crate and Barrel.
I'm pretty sure you could also find those in some of the outlet malls.
Castle Rock has an outstanding one, Silverthorne has LeCreuset and
the Kitchen Collection. Notbob is pretty far away from major shopping,
but when making a trip "down the hill" the rolling pin wouldn't be that
hard to find. That type is much more common now than the one with
handles and ball bearings.
