Oven Fried Green Tomatoes
My mother-in-law brought over some green tomatoes. I sliced the
tomatoes, dipped them in cornmeal that was mixed with some Goya Adobo
seasoning and dill, placed them on my pizza stone, drizzled over a bit
of olive oil, and baked at 350 degrees until they were brown and
crispy. I baked some potatoes and reheated some chicken alongside
the tomatoes and dinner was served!
