What would you call it? Dessert looks right to me, or maybe baby food. lol
Seriously, though, it looks pretty good. I'm not sure I'd sub marshmallows
for bananas. Maybe if the bananas were mixed with the pineapple and a
little lemon juice before mixing with the rice? When you brought it to the
potluck, did you use bananas or the mini marshmallows?
