They've got rivers that bubble because of all the raw shit and garbage
in them but no money to do anything about it. And you can bet, from
everything that's been reported so far, that probably less than 20% of
the money spent on the games' facilities was actually spent on them.
They didn't even start construction until years after winning the bid.
