The thing here is not the chickens or turkeys. We're talking injected
pork chops and steaks. Etc. And you'd better have friggin great
eyesight to see that your meat has 'ingredients' ... and if you're
not expecting your chops to have water in them, you'll find out soon
enough when you put those suckers in a pan and suddenly they're
swimming.
I don't want brined pork chops or steak, and if I did, I'd do it myself.
