I just use the leaves, because I'm a brat. In fact, I think I've seen
people complain about cilantro stems here. I don't use parsley stems
either.

Don't freeze it. Cilantro keeps quite a while if stored properly in
the refrigerator. I wrap it in a paper towel - treat it like you'd
treat leftover basil or parsley.
