another stupid question that isn't really stupid, because there really is no such thing as a stupid question

i'll admit the first time i saw devo - most likely on *saturday night live*
- i thought the costumes were silly. why would a rock 'n' roll band wear
flowerpots on their heads? but i got their greatest hits c.d.

....after hearing a group of folks in a bar lustily singing along with 'whip
it,' and after that i was sold. i like their version of '(i can't get no)
satisfaction' better than the stones' now. lee dorsey's original of
'working in the coal mine' is still better, but i like theirs, too.
($7.47! such a deal!)
plus mark mothersbaugh was involved with the early church of the subgenius,
so you just know he's a solid citizen.
your pal,
blake
