How do you have time to be making pancakes every morning?
Do you use a nonstick pan or what?

My mother used to make 'em on a cast iron skillet, but used a ton of
Crisco, it seemed, to keep' em slidin'.

Thanks for the idea - I have had a jar of espresso powder around here
since The Flood, and want to use it up.
