It is covered in every Marketing 101 course, I guess my point is that with
the proliferation of store brands and additional choices combined with a
more astute price awareness that brand loyalty is dropping. I would also
hypothesize that in some cases the brands themselves have changed over time,
certainly this applies to automobiles and what used to be a quality product
has degraded. I appreciate everybody's insight though!
