Yes, and I hate Safeway not just for that.

But they do have a few good products, and they
are the only supermarket within walking distance,
which I do sometimes.

Their carrots used to be good, but have declined
greatly in quality recently. I do recommend their
U.S. postage stamps as at least equivalent to the
ones you can buy at Lucky.
