No, they're not. I've been IgE and IgG tested and I'm not allergic. There
is some way to treat a fresh pineapple so that it won't do that. Has
something to do with cutting the top off and letting it stand, upside down
in the fridge, I think. I don't like pineapple so much that I would try it.

I also have something called OAS (oral allergy syndrome) to almonds and
pistachios. This is also common for people to have with raw foods but they
can eat the cooked.
