I was up in north central MN a couple of weeks ago helping out with
tornado cleanup and my back flared up from where I hurt it really bad 4
years ago. (Luckily I had a few Vicodans leftover so was able to keep
working.) One of the guys on the work crew does yoga and swears by it.
Says it cured his tendonitis in just a few weeks. I dismissed it
mostly, but when I got back I started doing some research on it. Turns
out the exercises they gave me in PT for my back and sciatica are just
classic yoga poses (how much did I pay them for that?) like "The Cobra."
