Screw the home made sauce. I just had the best damned HRs I ever ate using
a jar of store bought chunky salsa - medium heat. Eggs and corn tortillas
are such a perfect combination. Top with some cheese and sour cream and a
sliced avocado and I'm on cloud 9. I may start a war here but 3 tortillas
and 2 eggs are the only way to go.
