It certainly does. And being in the middle of winter here, it's just
the thing to have. I might be able to round up the cheese next week,
then I can have a go at this recipe.

For the time being, I have some quinces to use up and venison in the
freezer... both of which will have to meet up in the dutch oven asap,
methinks.
