Hi Jaclyn,

Nice to meet you and welcome to the group

There are a lot of very knowledgable people here... but I'm not one of
them. Not yet anyway .

Whilst I have long been knowledgable (IMO) when it comes to health and
nutrition, it's only been in the past year that I've begun to make an
extra effort in my cooking. I think it was Julia Child who inspired me
to take things to another level... I watched a DVD of her old shows
and it all clicked for me.
