Very quick and easy recipe for a really special daiquiri. All you need is:
1/2 pineapple, cored
3 Peppadew sweet piquanté peppers
1 dessert spoon lime juice
30ml dark rum
30ml brandy
Crushed ice

1. Blend pineapple together with the piquanté peppers in a blender.

2. Add lime juice, rum and brandy, and crushed ice.

3. Mix in a tail shaker.

4. Serve with a dash of grenadine.
