We used to buy watermelon sherbet years ago but I haven`t seen it in
grocery stores for at least 25 years. It was delicious. I tried making
some a few years ago and it was delicious. I had to fake it. I make a
simple syrup and added a bunch of seeded and strained watermelon and
then put it in the ice cream maker. It turned out nicely.
