Thanks Koko. I'm going a certain direction with the peppers and in a
short time I'll put together all the stuff I've read for the final
stage.

I see the Classic Beef Stand Giardiniera calls for 1 16 oz jar hot
pepper giardiniera in oil; without vegetables. Which is what I'm
making so I'm on the right track.
