There are Yankees (and southerners) in Northern California
but born-and-raised Northern Californians, like Tammasita and yours truly,
are *not* Yankees. We are Westerners. Once you get that, we can 'splain
to you where the NorCal/SoCal States of Mind line goes. Nortenos usually
put B'field on the Other Side.

We of the Bear Flag do not care about the Mason-Dixon line. It does not
run on our side of the Continental Divide. (That's one of the lines we
care about.)
