30 years ago when I moved in here, the frogs
were so loud that in the evening if I made
a phone call, friends would ask me about that
background noise. Then the frog population
declined greatly, and I hardly ever heard them,
but in the past year or so they've started to
make a comeback. I do hear the chorus at
night these days, but not nearly as loud
as it was 30 years ago.

I don't think these are eatin' frogs, though.
