Default Some questions from a new cook....

Amela59 saw Sally selling seashells by the seashore and told us all
about it on 02 Nov 2003 18:15:15 GMT:

When it goes off you'll know - believe me! It should be safe for up to
5 days easily... if it's in the fridge too long it may start to grow
mould, and it will definitely start to smell bad. It may accumulate
extra liquid in the container, or alternatively dry out if it's not in
a sealed container... either way, it won't be hard to tell that it's
not edible anymore!
