I'm going to try that and I'll grab a can to see which works best.
Thanks!

Yeah. I remember the fridge problem you had. I've been finding
something that's been around awhile and building a menu around that.
I'm about ready to admit I've got a hoarding problem.

Our cottage fridge-freezer was loaded too. So we emptied and
unplugged it. That forced us to use stuff that would have got tossed
eventually. Condiments always seem to accumulate. And olives! Uggg.
I had 5 jars of them in the fridge. When we go there we take a
cooler. If we're just there for one night we don't even plug it in.
We had an under-counter bar fridge in the city place that had
condiments and we used it for beverages. The hinge thingie broke so I
reversed the swing. Then the other side broke. It was fixable but I
got rid of it. The electric bill dropped 7 dollars the first month.
It doesn't sound like much but we'd go shopping and toss overflow
stuff in the veggie drawer and forget about it. When the door broke
the second time there were six avocados in the bin that were past
their time we'd forgot about. So adding the wasted food to the
electric savings it was a good move to take that fridge out of the
equation.

Costco rocks but we're staying away for awhile. We're going through a
major change in life and living as spartan as possible makes progress
easier.
