Lunch and dinner today
Went out to lunch with a ladies group, Mel's Grille in Greenwood
Village. I had salmon cakes with buerre blanc served over
quinoa with red pepper strips, onion, and capers. Deeeeelicious.
Dinner tonight is crowder peas cooked with ham, onion, garlic, celery,
and carrot. I bought them at a farmer's market in Minneapolis when
Melba and I were poking around and finally remembered I had them when I
had a ham bone with lots of meat on it to use. I'm still stuffed from
lunch.
