This may be true according to some criteria or comparisons, perhaps
new age or outre foaming sorts of things, but I had some really
fabulous meals at the places where he was chef in NYC. I loved them.
Very straightforward preps of basic, extremely high quality meats and
sides, excellent table breads, fine salads and desserts.

Personally, though, I think he can be quite an asshole.
