I've not posted here before but cannot resist this one. Pay? There
are already several cooking or kitchen hints books offering various
resolutions to such, including "onion cutting goggles" one can buy.
Also I've seen suggestions for the problem posted in every cooking
newsgroup online. Why would anyone need or want to pay for a
tutorial? An always works trick I use is to put the onion in the
freezer for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing or chopping. Also onion
goggles are cheap enough, or one can even buy onions already chopped.
