Gads! I hate that with a passion! I agree with the water content or 'broth'.
It makes me ill. I often want to brine/marinate but the meat is already
saturated with water! Which is why I switched to a 'hispanic' grocer lately.
Huge chicken wings, and other chicken that doesn't look like it was in a
train wreck and fresh fruit that isn't rock hard and actually has flavor.
