Compared to other fast food breakfast sandwiches, the McGriddle tastes
pretty good. Back in 2003 when the McGriddle was first carried at the
McDonalds in my area, I had a coupon to try one for free, so I figured,
why not? I loved it. It is like being able to eat a pancake and sausage
breakfast in a sandwich.

I have eaten many McGriddles since, but after a few months, I gave up on
them because they are just too unhealthy. I do still like the McGriddle,
but I rarely eat them. I treat myself to a McGriddle maybe once a year,
if that.

The Egg McMuffin is an okay breakfast sandwich, and it is reasonable as
far as fat and calories is concerned, but I sure like the taste of the
McGriddle better.
