There you go. Far cheaper to buy a whole head that I won't finish
using, not to mention how I'd have to take it apart and stem them,
etc. Plus, buy many difefernt leaves to gett eh same thing as in
Spring Mix.

I heard that but our stomach is a lot dirtier inside and highly
acidic. As logn as I don't get food poision and they don't look
noticeably dirty, I'd eat them.
