: I thought I liked the Smuckers sugar free stuff. Until I tasted some real
: jam. Now I can't bring myself to eat it. Now I get some unsweetened stuff
: from the health food store. I only ever eat it on a peanut butter sandwich
: and I don't eat many of those. Seems I get two servings out of the jar

Smuckers sugar free lasts quite well in the fridge. My homemade jam gets
put into 4 or 8 oz jars as it has to be consumed pretty quickly , say a
week to 10 days, or it can get moldy in the fridge. Sugar is a
preservative and I use no others as does the Smuckers company.
