I know nothing in St Louis (though I've heard of Brown Derby).

But if you're willing to order:
Premier Cru in Emeryville CA tends to have a decent selection of port,
reasonably priced (premiercru.net). K & L , also in Bay area, has some too. D&
M is somewhat of a port specialist I understand, but a little pricier.

Zachy's usually has some older ports, but prices are usually up there.

Check winecommune and other acution sites.
