We don't have a butcher in town any more and they are not available at
the grocery store. I suppose I could have Central Market in Austin
special order them, but that'd be at a premium price.
I just need to buy a whole cow. <g>
I can get some marrow from some stew bones, but not the amount that the
OP intends to use for his upcoming gig.
