I recounted my sausage balls and KitchenAid mixer tale to a co-worker
late last week. She took her brand spanking new KA to her daughter's
house Wednesday night and they also did the sausage ball thang in the
mixer. She came in to work this morning telling me how eeeeeeasy and
quick this was and are sold on the idea of any future batches will
only be done in the mixer. I knew once she tried it she would be a
convert.

And I'm pleased as punch with that new 7 cup empire red food processor
I bought, also. The two slicing and chopping jobs went so fast I was
almost disappointed that I was done too soon. Clean up was quick with
some hot soapy dishwater, dish cloth, and a brush.
