: Ouch, sinus surgery and dental surgery in a week's time is a lot to
: handle! But you are blessed with a loving family to care for you and
: I hope you heal up quickly Nick.

: Let's see...last night we had grilled lamb. I chopped up two small
: lamb shoulder steaks and marinated them a few days in yogurt and lots
: of spices. With it, I had a tablespoon of my husband's couscous and a
: big bowl of his everything-in-the-crisper vegetable soup (with a big
: squirt of chili sauce for me ;-) I also fried up a couple of
: pappadums to go my homemade cilantro lime chutney.

: I have to work late tonight and so will eat late, probably just
: leftover soup.

Sorry ro hear of your painful adventures, nick. Heal soon.

last night we finished up the chicken-vegetable soup I made last week.
tonight I will be making an eggplant and other vegetables, eithe rlasgna
or parmigian(the main difference without meat being cottage or ricotta
cheese batween layers or not:-) This will hold us for two days. I serve
it with a big green tomato salad. Friday we will be having chicken cut in
parts, broabably caked wthlemon juice and assorted herbs adn
sices(depending on mood and reach as the spices are on a igh shelf). We
will also have a vegetable, unpurchased as yet ad Syd will hae some small
potatoes roasted in the pan with the chicken adn that inevitable big
salad.
