How are you going to deal with out of towners? That's what I'm
talking about. If you want them to come (and we want the revenue),
you need to warehouse their automobiles somewhere while they get
around on public transit.

The only thing that has happened in big cities is one street has been
closed for a few blocks. Nothing earth shattering. Even San
Francisco has one of those. It's called Maiden Lane.
