I'm telling you Mike, this stew is to live for delicious. I hope you
make it.

The recipe called for 30 pearl onions that were one inch in diameter
which should be the equivalent of 2- 10 oz bags.
I used 1-10 oz bag and I think it was just fine. There were about 38
onions in the 10 oz bag I used.

I think I need to go back and clarify the way I entered the amount in
the recipe program, thanks for the question.
