Well, my Xmas morn breakfast is also my birthday breakfast.
It is the same every year.
2 rashers smoked back bacon (Canadian bacon I think the US people call
it).
2 aberdeen angus beef sausages.
Button mushrooms fried in butter and olive oil.
2 slices fried Bury black pudding.
Slice of fried bread.
Fried tomato (halved and fried cut side down until beautifully
caramelised).
2 fried eggs.
With a glass of freshly squeezed and a strong cup of fresh brewed
columbian dark roast.
