Yes. We did have a very hard freeze each winter followed by 2 weeks that
were called the mud season. No spring to speak of. Then we went right into
summer. I know there were fruit flies there though. I had to walk through
a swarm of them each night to get to the dumpster when I was working at the
golf course.
