Default Mango Chutney

We tried this recipe, and we like it a lot. So does our Dad. But, as
always, we're still searching of a better one.

Indian Mango Chutney

Ingredients:

1/2 kg mango, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
250 gms ginger finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt

Instructions
Mix all ingredients and bring the mixture to boiling. Reduce the heat
and simmer for about 45 minutes or till the mixture thickens.
