Breakfast: the aforementioned chocolate-cake pancakes with raspberry sauce
Lunch: Bean-and-cheese burritos made with homemade refried pintos
Dinner: I have a big pork roast in the oven, using Kili's kalua pig
recipe as I usually do*, but when it comes out, I'm going to dress it
with Barb's cherry-chipotle mop sauce and put it on homemade whole-grain
sandwich rolls.
What are you eating today?
Serene, happy to finally have a day at home
*But not Kili's blue dish, because I'm trying out my new covered
roaster, the one mom bought me when she was up
