Robert, thank you for posting this link. I learned some ingredient
changes for shortbread textures I had not known of before, so I may be
experimenting soon. I like to experiment, thereby making recipes
better suited to my own and others tastes. Today I will be making
changes to a Borden's recipe for Cranberry Oatmeal White Chocolate
Chip cookies, pirmarily because I have enough quick breads and cookies
"cranberried" now. And eldest gran, Tiara Leanne, asked me to make
and name for her "TeeLee Cookies" that have pineapple and coconut in
them. This Borden's recipe will be simple, changing the cranberries
out for apricots in a doubled bake (as in twice the original recipe
amount), and next changing them out for pineapple plus coconut for
another double bake. Perhaps these will be the last of my Christmas
baking (she said)....Picky
