1. Take a deep breath.
2. Drink a glass of chilled white wine.
3. Stop worrying a turkey @ 325 is damn near foolproof.
4. Don't make the potatoes too early - they turn gummy.
5. Don't forget to let the turkey rest before carving.

6. Enjoy the company they are more important than any meal.......
