Anybody have any really great recipes or tips for thanksgiving?? I'm cooking it alone for the first time this year and I just hope it all works out okay.. I plan to keep the meal simple but I'm still a bit worried

In my search for good tips I found this.. Holiday Videos So now I know how to make a really good gravy and carve the bird. Anyone else have any tips for me on having a successful thanksgiving?
