Thanks, again. I just ordered the book
through a used book search service (biblio.com).
Normally, this is a really expensive book,
but a bookstore had an ex-library copy,
unknown edition, that will cost me about
$10 including shipping. I just got a
confirming e-mail from the bookstore.

Although not as nice as a new current
edition, it's so much cheaper.
