That was just one Quickfire challenge (at the beginning of each show,
they do a "Quickfire.") It is usually a 20-minute deal, they each
make one serving, and Padma and the guest chef/judge do the tasting.
The guest says who was least favorite and who was favorite. Sometimes
the "winner" gets immunity in the big challenge which comes next, and
sometimes not.
