Must have been adapted to Aussie tastes back then

We had the liver, the
skimmed milk, the fish etc not the canned beans. What I liked was that
everything was set in amounts, I didn't have to think

I made the
milkshakes but out of liquid skimmed milk. With strawberry flavouring and
saccharin, lol. I liked the group style meeting and the weigh-ins. Sweet n
sour liver was one of my favourite recipes!
